Building Condition Surveys

To establish maintenance requirements and prepare maintenance schedules for asset management purposes including as required under the 2010 Unit Titles Act for multi-unit residential developments.

Defect identification and recommendation for remedial works. These reports describe the property along with a summary of its condition and an estimate of the cost of the required maintenance work. This estimate is a breakdown of the expenditure over a 5 year period for budgeting purposes.  The areas covered in our reports are:

  • Roof

  • Exterior envelope walls and cladding

  • External joinery

  • Decks and balconies

  • Canopies, walkways and architectural features

  • Any internal areas that are common property

  • Common property external areas

  • Visible services
